Orthodontic Treatment for Teens & Kids
If you have noticed any health concerns regarding your child's teeth, breathing issues or indeed facial growth, it's best to nip any concerns in the bud before they become long lasting issues. Early orthodontics intervention can potentially reduce the amount of tine your child will need to spend receiving orthodontic treatment in later life, resulting in more money staying in your pocket!
Here at Seapoint Clinic, we offer a range of orthodontic options to get your teen smiling again, from conventional metal braces to Invisalign Braces - all at a rate you can afford! We know that teenage years can be an expensive time for most parents so we offer a 10% discount for your second child in treatment and 15% for your third child!
I absolutely love my smile now!

Braces
On average, the most common time for orthodontic treatment is between the ages of 11-15. The reason being is that by age 11, the vast majority of people will already have most of their permanent teeth. It's also easier to detect possible issues such as crooked teeth, bad bites or potential gaps at this young age. Retainers and braces for kids help to reshape the appearance and function of teeth, allowing us to gently position them into the correct alignment.
Another benefit of teenage orthodontics is that your body is growing at a rapid pace, meaning an orthodontist has a better chance of taking advantage of these growth spurts in order to help improve your overall bite. Your increased metabolism during this age also means that treatment time is far shorter than what it is as an adult as well as decreasing any sensation of discomfort.
