Vicky worked her way up from dental receptionist to manager at a young age as she is quick to learn and has a great appreciation for customer service.
Vicky believes that “There is a solution for everything” when it comes to her role as Practice Manager. Her key strengths in management and operational skills ensure the smooth running of the dental practice. Her speciality is that she is a people person, and she brings that to work everyday. Her natural confidence and positive attitude have always enabled her to go above and beyond for both staff and patients. Vicky’s vision is to provide a fully patient-focused experience across the business.
When not at work Vicky enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering for charity work.
