This angulation also ensures they remain secure as well as comfortable, acting just like your own natural teeth. Your teeth are then made at our in-clinic dental lab and finally gently screwed into placer that same day. Typically another set of teeth is constructed 6 months later once final healing has occurred, but with teeth in a day you leave the same day with fixed teeth in place.
