The new 3D scanner at Seapoint is a lifesaver for patients like that as using it there is no gooey gels irritating the back of the throat. If you need it taken out for a break there is no problem. It is also far smaller than conventional impression trays.

What this means is that it is more comfortable than ever to get impressions taken digitally.
