Invisalign: Did You Know
You'd be surprised by the number of people who put off much needed orthodontic work simply because they don't like the appearance of braces. However, thanks to Invisalign, you can get perfectly straight teeth without anyone aware that you're even having treatment! With Invisalign, we use a series of custom-made clear aligners which sit comfortably in your mouth. As they are clear and don't involve any wiring or brackets, the vast majority of people won't spot you wearing your Invisalign braces. Even better, they are removable, meaning you can take them off to eat and drink as normal throughout your entire treatment. It also makes brushing far easier and straightforward than wearing traditional braces.
Whether you are 18 or 80, Invisalign can help you get the smile you've always wanted. They're even suitable for people who may have previously worn braces as a child and their teeth have since drifted out of place. In some cases, Invisalign may not be the ideal treatment for you, in which case Six Month Braces could be a more suitable form of orthodontic treatment.
Why Choose Invisalign?
- Most people won't notice you're in treatment.
- Invisalign won't disrupt your lifestyle, making it one of our most popular forms of treatment.
- No metal wires or bands means Invisalign won't irritate your mouth.
- Comfort - as they are moulded to fit perfectly around your teeth, you'll hardly notice them after a day or two.
Do Adults Really Get Invisalign Braces?
Yes, making it one of our most popular forms of orthodontic treatment. It can feel a bit unusual for the first day, but your mouth quickly adapts and after a while you won't even notice them. As Invisalign uses gentle pressure to move your teeth, it can be common for your teeth to feel slightly loose. Don't worry, this is perfectly normal as the ligaments holding your teeth in place are stretched. This sensation disappears completely as soon as your braces come off.
